Ayurveda


Ayurveda “the science of life” or longevity which deals in the promotion of health, prevention of diseases and in achieving a long life.

The basic theory of Ayurveda is based on the panchamahabhoota (five element) theory. This theory states is the five primary elements which make up the universe as well as a human body. They are vayu (air), akash (space), prithvi (earth), agni(fire) and jal(water). These elements combined to from biological humors called DOSHAS which is controlling force.
Ayurvedic medicines are products mainly based on natural resources originating from medicinal plants. These natural resources plants are also the major tools not only for the prevention and cure of diseases but also for the promotion of positive health.

Triphala ( Three Myrobalans)
INGREDIENTS: Terminalia chebula, Terminalia Belerica, Emblica officinalis
MAIN USES: Rejuvenative tonic, harmonizer, treatment for intestinal disorders.

Trikatu (Three Pungents)
INGREDIENTS: Piper longum, Zingiber officinale, Piper nigrum
MAIN USES: Spicy stimulant to digestion.

Trikulu (Three Fragrants)
INGREDIENTS: Ellettaria cardaomomum, Cinnamomum arundinacia, Eugenia caryophylla
MAIN USES: Aromatic base for numerous formulations.

Sitopaladi Churna
INGREDIENTS: Bombusa arundinacia, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Elettaria cardamomum,Piper longum
MAIN USES: Alleviates cough and associated respiratory disorders.

Gokshuradi Guggulu
INGREDIENTS: Triphala plus Trikatu plus Tribulus terrestris, Commiphora mukul, Cyperus rotundus
MAIN USES: Treatment for urinary tract disorders.

Avipattikara Churna
INGREDIENTS: Trikatu, Triphala, Vidanga, Musta, Black salt, Ela, Patra, Lavanga, Trivrit and Suger.
MAIN USES: Carminative, purgative, hyperacidity, abdominal pain, vomiting, constipation.
